Just wanted to thank Autumn and Hollie for their kind attention to our recently rescued cocker spaniel ‘Willow’, who enjoyed her first grooming experience this week. The ladies were patient, caring and demonstrated such kindness for our very nervous girl. Always a joy to collect our Otis from his pet spa session, but this meant something special. We can’t thank you enough xx Fiona and Glenn xx
