(Please note we strictly follow the animal welfare act and will not de-matt pets. If your dog has mild matting/tangles then we will brush them out providing your pet allows us to. If your pet is severely matted it will require a total shave off which will be very short, the matting fee is also applicable in this case due to the extra time and expertise taken as well as the cost of re-sharpening our equipment)
